Load the game with the hl.exe -console command line. In Windows 95/98, right-click on the desktop and pick New and then Shortcut from the menu that appears. From there, you can enter the info above (make sure to use the whole directory structure (i.e: c:\sierra\halflife\hl.exe -console or whatever it is on your system). You can browse for it and add the -console at the end. Then use that short cut to start the game.
Press ~ to display the console and type sv_cheats 1 to enable cheat mode. Type one of the following console commands to activate the corresponding cheat function.

| Half-Life: dont bother typing,for example: #weapon_Glock,#ammo 9mmclip,and stuff. Just type "IMPULSE 101" to get ammo,weapons,+++(you dont get all the ammo at once so type it several times) If you feel like you wanna be a asshole just activate the cheats before you start a new game and use the "impulse 101"code when you get inside the Black Mesa compound and start slaughter down all the scientists, it can be wery fun,but look out for the security guards, they will fire at you too! |
